As a valued part of our family business, we wanted to take a moment to assure you that the health and safety of both our clients and our employees is our top priority. As we continue to do business and provide service in your homes, here are a few additional steps that we are taking to ensure your safety as well as ours:
•All employees have been instructed to stay home if they are not feeling well. If exposure is suspected, employees will be asked to self quarantine for a minimum of 14 days before returning to work.
•Each of our trucks has been well stocked with gloves and hand sanitizer for your protection as well as ours.
•Field employees have been instructed to sanitize their tablets and other electronic devices after each use and before bringing them into your home.
We will continue to monitor the situation and update our protocol according to information made available via the CDC website. As extended periods of time are spent at home, we realize that it is critical to have working plumbing, HVAC, and electrical and will continue to do our very best to get to each of you in a timely manner. We ask that you notify our staff before scheduling service if anyone in your home is feeling ill or has traveled outside of the United States within the last 30 days. As always, our technicians will continue to wear shoe covers and clean up their work areas. For additional information regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, please visit the CDC website at https://www.cdc.gov/

Daniel Reddick
